Terms of Service
Last updated August 11, 2026
These Terms apply to every one-off order and subscription placed with Rhino Graphics. By approving an order or making payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. What we do
Rhino Graphics is an independent Roblox thumbnail design studio co-owned by Bigfoot and Shatorm. Clients hire Rhino Graphics as a studio, and we internally select and hire artists based on the needs of each project. We manage client communication, creative direction, quality control and delivery.
Artist selection and project staffing are internal studio decisions. The Client’s agreement is with Rhino Graphics, not with any individual artist. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
2. Orders and scope
Before work begins, we will agree on the deliverables, price, general direction, deadline or billing cycle and revision terms. Confirmation through Discord, email, an invoice or an order summary counts as written approval.
The Client must provide a clear brief, usable references and any required game assets. New concepts, extra thumbnails, major direction changes or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and a revised deadline.
Anyone placing an order confirms that they are authorised to approve the purchase for themselves or the studio, team or project they represent.
3. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are in United States dollars unless another currency is clearly stated.
Split payments are accepted only when approved in advance. An order is not fully paid until every agreed contribution has been received. Final files and usage rights may be withheld until payment has cleared.
If the Client believes a charge is incorrect, they should contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it.
4. Subscription plans
Each subscription includes the number of thumbnails and services listed in the selected plan for each billing cycle. The price and billing frequency will be confirmed before the subscription starts.
Where automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund a cycle that has already started, except where required by law. Unused thumbnails do not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Client must provide complete briefs early enough for the included work to be completed. If Rhino Graphics cannot deliver included work for reasons within our control, we will offer a replacement, carry-over, credit or proportional refund.
We may change plan pricing or inclusions for future cycles with advance notice. Active clients may cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Delivery
Turnaround is agreed before work begins and starts only after cleared payment and receipt of a complete brief and all required assets.
Any deadline depends on the Client making payments and providing assets, information, feedback and approvals when reasonably required. If the Client causes or contributes to a delay, the original deadline automatically ceases to apply. Rhino Graphics will provide a revised estimate based on current availability. Unless a new deadline is expressly agreed in writing, Rhino Graphics is not responsible for missing the original deadline.
Unexpected delays on our side will be communicated as early as reasonably possible. Deliverables are supplied electronically in the agreed format.
6. Revisions
Unless the order summary states otherwise, revisions are unlimited within reason during the agreed revision stage. Revisions refine the approved direction and do not include an entirely new concept, replacement brief, additional thumbnail or other work outside the agreed scope.
Feedback must be clear, specific and submitted together wherever possible. Unlimited revisions do not cover excessive, repetitive, contradictory, piecemeal or scope-changing requests.
If revision requests become unreasonable, Rhino Graphics may propose an additional fee, a revised deadline or both. The Client will be notified and must approve any additional charge before that work begins. Revision requests should be submitted within seven calendar days of receiving the relevant proof or final delivery. Later requests may be treated as a new order.
7. Cancellations and refunds
A change of mind is not refundable after work has started. If the Client cancels before work begins, we may refund the payment less non-refundable processor fees or costs already committed to the order.
If Rhino Graphics cancels before work begins, a full refund will be provided. If we cannot complete work already in progress, we will offer a reasonable replacement, revised delivery or proportional refund for the undelivered work.
Nothing in these Terms removes any refund or service rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Client responsibilities
The Client confirms that they own or have permission to use every logo, character, render, game asset, font, image or other material supplied to us. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials, names, claims, logos and instructions they provide.
Rhino Graphics and its artists are not responsible for infringement or other claims caused by Client-supplied materials or instructions. To the extent permitted by law, the Client is responsible for and agrees to reimburse Rhino Graphics and the relevant artists for reasonable losses, claims and costs resulting from those materials or instructions, except to the extent caused by our unauthorised changes or wrongful conduct.
The Client must not ask us to copy another artist’s work, impersonate another brand, infringe intellectual property or create unlawful or seriously misleading content. References communicate direction only and do not authorise duplication.
The Client is responsible for keeping copies of delivered files. We do not guarantee permanent storage of completed project files.
9. Usage rights
After full payment, the Client receives a perpetual commercial licence to use and display the final approved thumbnails for the game or project they were commissioned for and its directly related promotion. Routine resizing and cropping for those uses is permitted.
Ownership and copyright remain with Rhino Graphics and/or the relevant artist, as applicable. The Client may not claim that they created the artwork or represent it as their own original authorship. We will not resell the same final custom thumbnail to another client.
Rejected concepts, drafts, source files, templates and working files are not included unless clearly stated. Final thumbnails may not be resold, redistributed as standalone assets, sublicensed, converted into templates or stock resources, or reused for an unrelated project.
Rhino Graphics and the relevant artist may display completed work in portfolios and promotional material after the relevant project is public. The Client may request confidentiality or a portfolio delay before work begins.
10. Analytics and results
Where included in a plan, Rhino Graphics may review thumbnail analytics and use the results to guide future concepts. The Client must provide accurate data needed for that review.
Performance depends on factors outside our control, including the game, audience, title, traffic source and platform changes. We do not guarantee a specific click-through rate, view count, revenue, player count or other result.
11. Communication and inactivity
Discord and email are our official communication channels. Approvals, revisions, cancellations and major scope changes should be recorded through one of those channels.
If the Client does not respond or provide required material, the schedule pauses immediately and any previous deadline ceases to apply. After 30 consecutive days without a required response, and after a reasonable attempt to contact the Client, the project is considered abandoned and may be closed and archived. Amounts already paid are non-refundable to cover work completed and capacity reserved, and Rhino Graphics has no obligation to continue or deliver the abandoned order unless otherwise agreed.
Restarting an abandoned project is at our discretion, depends on current availability and may require a new quote or additional payment. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Conduct and studio operations
Clients must not harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against our team, misuse private information or knowingly make fraudulent payment claims. Serious misconduct may result in immediate cancellation or refusal of future work.
Rhino Graphics may use employees, contractors or independent artists to complete an order. Clients communicate and contract with Rhino Graphics, not with those artists, and have no right to select, manage or directly contact an artist unless we expressly agree otherwise. Our internal arrangements with an artist do not create a separate agreement between the Client and that artist.
13. Payment disputes, suspension and liability
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, the Client should contact us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. A knowingly false or fraudulent chargeback is a serious breach of these Terms. We may provide the payment provider with the order history, approvals, messages and delivery records.
We may pause or cancel work for non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, fraud or a serious breach of these Terms. The Client remains responsible for authorised work already completed.
To the extent permitted by law, Rhino Graphics is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, platform decisions, Roblox moderation or performance outside our control. Our total responsibility for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order or subscription cycle.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future orders. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated before a future billing cycle, giving the Client the opportunity to cancel first.
Questions, cancellation requests or disputes can be sent through the official Rhino Graphics Discord or by email.
